Dr Sandy Brown offers both in clinic appointments and mobile appointments-we can come to your house
or farm. We provide routine wellness & vaccination appointments. Our clinic allows us to do
more involved procedures such as surgery and dental procedures. Radiographs can be taken
in clinic or at your home if needed. Lab work can be performed in clinic or through a wide range
of veterinary referal laboratories for basic blood work, urinalysis, cytology, histopathology,
specialized bloodwork and screening tests. In addition, we provide large animal services such
as floating teeth, lameness exams and health certificates for transport & shows. Our mobile
service also allows us to provide "Pawspice", (hospice care for your pets in your home). Visits
to the veterinary clinic can be stressful for older pets. Having Dr. Brown come to your home
eliminates that stress. We help families deal with chronic illnesses in their pets like cancer
and kidney failure, by supervising home care of your pets. We help families identify and manage discomfort
in their pets such as pain and nausea. Eventually we aid them through difficult end of life
decisions and direct them to grief counseling when needed.

Products
We offer a range of products to help keep your pet healthy and happy.
Joint supplements such as Glycoflex and Synovial Granuals, are both
great source of glucosamine. We have flea and tick control products - Frontline Plus topical,
a monthly topical treatment for your pet, and also Siphotrol Premise Spray for your home.
For heartworm preventavive we offer Iverhart, an affordable monthly chewable flavored tablet.
Home dental care is important too...we have the products to help you maintain your pets oral
health! From toothbrushes, fingerbrushes, flavored toothpaste, and even special foods, we
have it all to make dental care easy and fun for both you and your pet.

Prescriptions
MWV Mobile Veterinary Clinic provides presciption medication for your pet, whether in clinic,
or on the road. It's not always easy to give pets medication. We have options to make it
easier for you to give your pet those dreaded tablets and capsules! Pill pockets are an easy
and tasty first choice....they are small soft treats designed for pills and capsules to be hidden
inside them. Pets take them just like a treat and really reduces the frustration that usually
come with medication times. Another alternative is compounding the medication into a flavored
liquid suspension that can be given by mouth or sometimes right into your pets meal. This is
a good alternative for pets with food allergies because the compounded suspensions can be made
with artificial flavoring which would not aggrivate the allergies. Refilling medication can
also be a challenge, especailly during the winter months due to bad weather conditions. We can
have you prescriptions sent to your house so that you can avoid travelling and enjoy the convenience
that comes with home delivery.
